CWR Inbox privacy notice
CWR Inbox is Cebu Wedding Rings' internal customer messaging system. We use it to receive and answer inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage customer conversations.
Information handled by the inbox
The connected channels may provide your name or account identifier, email address, message content, conversation identifiers, and message dates. Please avoid sending passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or other information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
How we use the information
We use this information to respond to you, organize inquiries, and keep conversation history for customer service. Staff may use saved replies. If enabled, simple rules can send relevant replies automatically.
Access and service providers
Access to CWR Inbox is restricted to authorized CWR staff. The application is hosted by Hostinger. Google, Facebook, and Instagram process information through their own services and connection interfaces when those channels are used. CWR Inbox stores connection credentials and message content in encrypted form. This does not change the original messaging provider's handling of your conversation.
Retention and requests
We keep inquiry information while it is needed for customer service and related business records. You may contact admin@cebuweddingrings.com to ask about the information CWR holds about you or to request correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the request relates to your conversation. Requests about messages retained by the original messaging platform should also be directed to that platform. Revoking a channel connection stops future access but does not automatically remove records already imported into CWR Inbox.
